The set comes with a mix of 20 weight plates making it easy to set up the correct weight for your barbell or dumbbell. The solid steel, “one piece” chrome finished spinlock bars are durable, strong and safe. Weight plates have a radius edge for easy lifting. heavy duty threads and spinlock collars provide a safe and secure fit for the weight plates.
